  • Natasha let our property on the day it was advertised for a price that really pleased us. She advised us on how to get the property ready and select tenants from the many who applied. The rent came in on time, she conducted inspections and kept us informed. She helped us with all repair issues and went out of her way to find reliable and prompt tradesmen when we needed them. She thought of all the things we needed to know ahead of time. Natasha is invariably cheerful and gets things done quickly. She is efficient and takes care of all the little but important details; returning calls and replying to emails promptly.   • Natasha Foca managed the tenancy of our house in Brunswick for the two years we were living in Copenhagen. Natasha emailed us monthly statements of rent and expenses, and yearly summaries, passed on tenants requests to us for decision, and then carried out the required action efficiently and quickly.
